Choosing the right product

Choose your light based on your shooting scene.

Panel lights are good for livestreaming, product photos, video calls, and soft front light. Tube lights are good for background color, portraits, and creative video scenes. COB lights are better when you need stronger key light. Spotlights are useful for focused beams, gobo patterns, shadows, and cinematic atmosphere.

If this is your first light, think about three things: where you will use it, how bright it needs to be, and whether you need RGB colors.

Yes. Many PHOTOOLEX lights work well for phone shooting, camera shooting, livestreaming, short videos, and home studio setups.

For face lighting, place the light slightly above eye level and in front of you. For product videos, place the light around 45 degrees from the product to create shape. For a more professional look, add a second light in the background

Before ordering, check three things: your camera brand, your camera model, and the original battery model printed on your current battery.

Then compare this information with the compatibility list on the product page. If you are not sure, contact us before ordering and send us your camera model plus a clear photo of your original battery label. This is the safest way to avoid buying the wrong version.

Orders & Shipping

Order, payment, and delivery

Help customers understand shipping timing, order tracking, split shipments, and payment.

After your order ships, tracking information will usually be sent to the email address used at checkout.

You can also check delivery updates on the Track Your Order page. If you cannot find the tracking email, check your spam or promotions folder first. If it is still missing, contact us with your order number.

Your order may be split into more than one package because some items are stored in different warehouses, have different processing times, or need to meet courier weight and size limits.

If your order is split, each package may have its own tracking number. Please check all tracking updates before assuming an item is missing.

10-20days

Shipping time depends on your country, warehouse location, product availability, and shipping method.

Local warehouse orders usually arrive faster(5-7days). Overseas shipments may take longer because of customs, holidays, weather, or courier delays. If your package is far beyond the estimated delivery time, contact us with your order number and tracking number.

Please contact us as soon as possible if your shipping address is wrong.

If the order has not shipped yet, we will try to update the address. If the package has already shipped, we may not be able to change the address because the carrier already has the parcel.

When contacting us, include your order number and the correct full shipping address.

This usually happens when the order was placed as a guest, or when the payment did not complete correctly.

First, check whether you received an order confirmation email. Then check whether your payment was completed through your card, PayPal, or payment provider. If you still cannot find the order, contact us with your checkout email, transaction ID, invoice ID, or PayPal email address.

First, check your spam, junk, and promotions folders. Sometimes order emails may be filtered by your email provider.

If you still cannot find the email, contact us with your name, checkout email, payment screenshot, PayPal email, or transaction ID. We can help check whether the order was created successfully.

Policies

Warranty, returns, and refunds

PHOTOOLEX provides warranty support according to the warranty terms of each product and order. For faster support, please keep your order number, purchase record, and product photos or videos if there is an issue.

Please contact PHOTOOLEX support before sending anything back. Returns without support authorization may not be accepted. Our team will confirm the return reason, order details, and correct return address.

Refunds may take several business days to appear after they are processed. The final timing depends on your bank, card provider, PayPal, or payment method.

If your refund has been approved but has not appeared after the expected processing time, contact us with your order number and refund confirmation information. We will help check the status.

Please contact us before using or returning the product.

Send your order number, photos of the product you received, photos of the product label or model information, and photos of the package label. If it is a battery or charger issue, please also send a photo of the battery label or charger label.

After we confirm the situation, we will help arrange the next step.

First, check whether your order was shipped in multiple packages. Some items may arrive separately.

If all packages have arrived and something is still missing, contact us with your order number, photos of the package, the shipping label, all items received, and the name of the missing item. Please keep the box and packaging until the issue is checked.

Please include your order number, product model, a clear description of the issue, and photos or videos showing the problem.

For battery or charger issues, include a photo of the battery label, charger label, and camera model if related. For light or flash issues, include a short video showing the problem during use. Clear information helps us avoid repeated questions and solve the case faster.
